Our team served as the design engineering firm for this upgrade to existing splitter unit. The team was tasked with providing new bypass piping around existing exchangers. We performed stress analysis on the existing system and designed new piping to meet the client requirements.

We were tasked with developing a construction package for this project. Deliverables included a control document package that included updated P&IDs and construction isometrics. A 3D model and laser scan was used to layout new piping to avoid interferences with existing structure and piping.
